For four years, I worked for Capital One, primarily for their Human Resources Division (parallel to JWT/Inside) on items, including:
a 96-page hardcover corporate monograph / company-wide screensaver / internal HR documents: legal, benefits, corporate/organizational, etc. /  recruiting advertising / recruiting trade show exhibition spaces /
awards and special program certificates / Recruiting and HR-related advertising
I designed the “Be” logo device which was employed in various contexts:
“Be well” — for the health center. “Be valued” — for the employee recruiting efforts. “Be green” — etc.

The posters were designed for internal corporate placement.
I was the sole designer on this project — a 90-page, case-bound book, with fly leaf and end leaves. Created as Capital One's submission to Fortune Magazine as an ‘application’ to be included on the magazine’s annual “100 Best Companies to Work For” list.

The cover featured embossing and debossing of the ‘boomerang’ logo treatment I originally designed for their computer screensavers.
